This will no doubt be another favourite enhancement. We are introducing a new dynamic custom field available on an employee profile. This new type of custom field is a drop down list where the values in the list can be based on the selection of data in another custom field.  An example of this in practice might be work location.  If you select the employee state in the state field, then the work location list can be set to only show work locations specific to the selected state.
