If you have ever had the Simon support team import your existing employee’s into Simon, you will be familiar with CSV import. The great news is we are moving this functionality to the Employer Control Panel (ECP) so you no longer have to log a ticket to import users. This functionality will be available for you to use at anytime. If you do recruitment drives where you hire multiple employees at the same time, you will also love this feature as it makes importing multiple users quick and easy.
